Who is responsible

Ubiqa Ltd is the data controller. Contact: ag@ubiqa.uk.

The landing page

The four calculators run entirely in your browser. No value you type is sent to us, logged, or stored. The page sets no analytics cookies. Two third parties can load:

Calendly — the "pick a time to talk" scheduler. It loads only after you accept the cookie notice, and only when you scroll near it. Calendly may set its own cookies and receives the name, email and any note you give it when booking. See Calendly's privacy policy.
Stripe — the payment checkout. You only reach Stripe when you click "Order the Deal Check". Stripe processes your card and billing details. See Stripe's privacy policy.

If you buy the Deal Check

Billing name and address	Collected by Stripe. Used to issue your invoice and for Ubiqa's accounting records. Kept for 6 years (tax law).
Property address, the paperwork, your strategy and exit routes	Provided by you on the post-payment page. Used only to prepare your assessment. Stored in Ubiqa Ltd's Microsoft 365 (OneDrive/SharePoint, UK/EU region). Returned or deleted on your written request, and in any case deleted 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to keep it.
Your email and any call booking	Used to deliver the report and arrange the debrief call.

Legal basis

Performance of our contract with you (preparing and delivering the Deal Check), and our legal obligations (keeping accounting records).

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share your paperwork or your report with anyone. Our processors are Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling) and Microsoft 365 (email and file storage).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email ag@ubiqa.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
